WELCOME TO OSNEM
We're a General Practice with a difference.
Our Doctors, as well as being experienced GPs, are trained in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine (NEM). NEM seeks to uncover and address the underlying cause of your symptoms - such as nutrient deficiencies, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and more.
By utilising the best of evidence based modern medicine along side well researched and safe integrative approaches, we hope to help you get well & stay well.
A NOTE ON MASKS
As a medical centre, we are obliged to comply with the public health orders.
We understand some people have valid mask wearing exemptions. If this is the case, we ask that you carry this exemption and be able to present it to reception.
If you have a valid exemption, then we ask that you wait outside in the consideration of our other patients who do wear masks and have severe illness. We want everyone to feel comfortable inside our practice and we have to balance the public health order with the different needs of our patients.
Thank you for your understanding and respect.

Nutritional & Environmental Medicine
Nutritional & Environmental Medicine recognises the important role that many underlying factors can have on your health. Digestive dysfunction, food intolerances, nutrient depletion, hormonal imbalances, environmental stressors (and many more) can all pose challenges to your health - keeping you from feeling your best. Everyone has individualised needs, so we will help formulate a personalised plan to improve your health.
Functional Laboratory Testing
Where necessary we use advanced testing panels including Organic Acid Testing (OAT), Comprehensive Hormone & Digestive Stool analysis, amongst others. These tests can be extremely helpful in uncovering some of the underlying imbalances that need to be addressed. Certain Lab Tests incur private billing costs and are not covered by Medicare.
